Laura Lambert

With over 12 years of experience, Laura Lambert is an expert when it comes to helping individuals and investors find and purchase the right property. Laura is a member of Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA), and the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). Using her extensive experience in the industry, Laura effortlessly creates great relationships with clients and offers her guidance for both seasoned, and first-time buyers and sellers by leading them through every step of the legal and financial process.

 

While having experience in selling single-family homes, Laura is also accomplished in leading a sales team to sell new development projects focusing mainly on whole condo buildings or town homes. Having built a career on referrals, Laura has created a large network of professional and repeat clients. After Graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science, Laura discovered her passion for Real Estate and has worked on multiple projects for Cove Properties, Century Park Developments, and Greenview Developments. Since 2006 Laura has worked at Realty Executives as a Lead Sales Representative leading a team of Realtors and Administrators while being responsible for selling units in development projects. Recently Laura and her team sold out an entire project of 178 units in just over 2 years. SageStone, Greenview Developments. Sales Lead

  • Lead a team of 3 in searching out new and approaching existing prospects, and applying consultative selling strategies to secure high‐margin deals on behalf of Greenview Developments.
  • In spite of a stagnating economy and no completed homes to show potential clients, closed 50% unit sales prior to show homes by leveraging comprehensive understanding of the product to instil confidence in buyers.
  • Sold out entire project of 178 units in under two and a half years.

 

Palisades Estates Town homes, Cove Properties. Sales Representative

  • Despite half a year delays incurred due to Palisades being the developer’s first townhomes project, maintained all unit sales but one by proactively communicating with buyers and constantly updating them on the progress.

  

Century Park, Century Park Developments. Sales Representative

  • First high‐rise complex in the area to be launched, introduced new community and selling concepts.
  • Took on administrative and conveyancing functions to flawlessly process and finalize a high number of contracts.
  • During an exploding economy and overwhelming time for sales, many investors were looking for opportunity to cancel deals due to overzealous purchasing. Assisted in enforcing legally binding contracts, and easing worries of nervous buyers.
